Hi. Mitchell Jones, Coldwell Banker, residential home sales. Well, if you’re of my generation, you probably remember that movie Planes, Trains and Automobiles, but this is real estate. So today, the subject is decks, gardens and patios. If you’re thinking about listing your home in the summer, here are some tips I would suggest. First of all, if you have a deck and it’s in need of a good power washing, go ahead and do it. That will show up in professional photography if it’s dull and dirty. Also, I suggest getting a bright pop of fresh flowers out there. Bright beautiful colors show up in photography and also adds to a very welcoming atmosphere and environment for showings. One other tip today is if you have, patio furniture in which, it’s faded or the pillows are torn, dingy, go ahead and replace those cushions. Go ahead and replace those pillows.
