Lampshades!?

Lampshades by Mitchell Jones Realtor

I want to talk about lampshades today. You know, it’s all about the detail, and the attention to detail helps yield top dollar when selling your home. Even though I’m a certified real estate stager, that’s not what I do. What I do is I help my sellers sell their homes. I help my buyers find their homes and I help investors find homes. But as a certified real estate stager, I do see that attention to detail when I’m consulting with my clients. Oftentimes when I see lampshades in homes, I see faded lampshades or yellow lampshades. I suggest replacing those. The other thing, and this may sound pesky, but if you’re looking at a lampshade and that seam is facing front, it just shows that a seller hasn’t taken that attention to detail for an exceptional showing. So for tips like these and more, we wanna help you yield top dollar. I hope that you’ll reach out to me for a consult. My number is (951) 805-1451. Mitchell Jones, Coldwell Banker, residential home sales. Hope to hear from you soon. #indiantrailnc #monroenc #waxhaw #coldwellbankerballantyne
