Hi, Mitchell Jones, Coldwell Banker. Well, I have a tip to offer up today. If you’re considering

selling, if you’re kicking the tires, the greatest advice I can offer up today is paint your walls

inside. If you have a lot of different colors going on, a lot of heavy colors going on. The

reason why I say that is so many times a buyer struggles to identify with your home becoming theirs

if the walls are all different colors and it’s not a blank canvas. So my suggestion is paint the

walls to a neutral color if and when you can. It will help yield greater results in the sale of
