You may have seen in some of my past videos I have talked about ways to improve the value of your home and oftentimes really extensive renovations don’t yield 100% return when it’s time to sell the home, but the goal is to make the home, appear in tip top shape and show great when those buyers start coming through. Did you know according to Realtor magazine the number one upgrade is a steel front door. Studies have shown that that upgrade yields 100% return on the investment. So if you’re thinking about maybe sprucing up your home to get it ready for sale, that’s really important. Another really important are your house numbers. If you update those house numbers, oftentimes it makes the home look a little modern and more up to date. That’s the first impression that buyer gets when they enter your home.
