Let the Light Shine in with Mitchell Jones Hi. Mitchell Jones, Mitchell Home Sales, Coldwell Banker Realty. In a previous video, I talked about how important it is when someone is selling their home that they just simply replace the burned out light bulbs. That’s really important for buyers perception when they enter the home and make their, impressions, first impressions of that home. But also, what about lighting? So many times I’ve heard when I’ve gone to show a home, gosh, this house is dark. It’s kinda depressing. I need light and bright. And especially when folks ask for a wooded lot or a home that has a lot of trees surrounding it, you have the environment for the home to look a little bit darker than it should. So might I suggest look at that lighting, how the natural lighting has the home set up. So what you wanna do is if you’re planning on showing your home, open up those shutters, open up those blinds. And I’m not saying open them up all the way, maybe just tilt them so some bright natural light comes into the home. Makes it for a little bit brighter. Also, low level lighting, people love. It creates just an environment for comfort and home. So, Let the Light Shine In! So for tips like this and more, I hope you’ll reach out to me. Let’s have a conversation.
