And if you’re looking to list your home, you wanna make sure when that buyer pulls up and looks at your home, that everything looks great because that’s their first impression and that equates to their perception of value. So I’ve oftentimes talked about in my videos, what can I do to get my home ready? Well, here’s another one to apply toward curb appeal. Use a power washer. You know, when you use a power washer and you wash off the dirt that could be on the siding, the dirt that could be on the driveway, the front walks, it’s really, really important. It creates a cleaner look and that could be the first impression in which that buyer makes their decision on your home. So I would say, when in doubt, power wash it out.
